Josué Rodrigo Rivera Guevara

Overview
Rodrigo focuses his practice mainly on Labor Law and Constitutional Law.
His experience includes counseling various transnational and national companies in hiring processes of both national and foreign personnel hired in Mexico, drafting and modifying individual employment contracts, creating strategies to prevent labor contingencies and formalizing labor terminations.
Rodrigo has participated in the drafting and implementation of policies, codes of conduct, internal work regulations, protocols to prevent workplace violence and anti-corruption practices in companies. In addition, he provides counsel to clients regarding compliance with their labor obligations in aspects associated with outsourcing, teleworking and risk management areas.
Likewise, he also represents clients in conciliatory proceedings and litigation before the Conciliation Centers and Labor Courts in Mexico, including the defense in amparo proceedings.
